Dancers who already have a WDSF Ecard should renew it (for the year 2024) at [email protected]
Dancers who do not yet have a WDSF Ecard should apply and pay for it, that way they will be assigned a MIN number.

- Transfer to Novi Sad from the airport (We have organized transport from the airport, the accommodation and back. You should send an email that contains: where are you traveling from, the number of passengers, the flight number and flight schedule).
- Please note that transfers between the hotel and the airport are available for a fee of €20.00 per person (each way) or €30.00 per person (in both directions).

For the Belgian dancers:
- Reisverzekering: de verzekering bij Danssport Vlaanderen is geen reisverzekering, en geen hospitalisatieverzekering.
Het is ten zeerste aangeraden een goede reisverzekering met repatriering en medische kosten bijkomend af te sluiten. - Neem je deel aan Europese en/of Wereldkampioenschappen, dan kun je gebruik maken van de subsidie van Danssport Vlaanderen.
- !LET OP enkel de dansers die in de top 3 van de ranking staan, komen in aanmerking voor deze toelage.
